With over 25 years of experience, Emily has supported purpose-driven small and medium-sized businesses across marketing, e-commerce, strategy and operations. Her work is grounded in simplifying what feels overwhelming and building practical systems that support the way you actually work.

Emily also founded Jarr Delivery, a zero-waste online grocery service launched in 2020 and sold in 2022. That experience, and the experience of leading other small businesses, gives her a practical, first-hand understanding of entrepreneurship—and what it really takes to build, grow and run a business with impact at its core.
